1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Email address provided during registration or purchase
Quiz information: The answers you give in our online quiz and the email address you enter to receive your plan
Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details
Training data: Workout completions, exercise ratings, session progress, and challenge completions
Usage data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and preferences
Device information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers for troubleshooting

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize your Kegel exercise program
To track your training progress and adapt difficulty
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send important account and service updates
To email you the plan you asked for in the quiz and, if you haven't purchased, up to four reminders about it within five days. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you buy or unsubscribe
To improve our app and develop new features

4. Data Protection

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Stripe — for secure payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
PostHog (EU region) — for website analytics and session replay on thepeak.pro (PostHog Privacy Policy)
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) — to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to a quiz, a checkout or a purchase on thepeak.pro. It does not receive your quiz answers or card details. When you enter your email address on thepeak.pro, the Pixel also receives a hashed (scrambled, unreadable) version of it, which Meta uses only to match ad results to a Meta account (Meta Privacy Policy)
Firebase — for authentication and push notifications
MongoDB Atlas — for secure cloud database storage
Railway — for backend hosting
Vercel — for website hosting
Resend — for sending our emails: your plan, reminders, receipts and account emails (Resend Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Training data and progress are retained while your account exists. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, which may be retained for up to 7 years).

If you unsubscribe from our emails, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our third-party service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

The Peak is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under these ages, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 10. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze usage. We use:

Essential cookies: Required for the website to function properly
Analytics cookies: PostHog, to understand how visitors move through our site
Advertising cookies: the Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our ads. It is not loaded when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

Session replay

On thepeak.pro we record how visitors interact with our pages — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and text typed into our own forms, such as the answers you give in the quiz and the email address you enter. We use these recordings only to find where our pages confuse people, and they are processed by PostHog on servers in the European Union.

Card details are never recorded. Payment is handled inside a window served by Stripe, which our recording cannot read, and any card field is additionally masked before a recording is saved. Passwords are masked in the same way.

Recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to help@thepeak.pro, and browsers sending a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal are not recorded.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used, (b) request deletion of your personal information, (c) opt out of the sale of your personal information. 12. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of purchase at help@thepeak.pro for a full refund, no questions asked.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
